Article 2 — Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all sales of physical and digital products (e-books, downloadable PDF files) made by HENNACORP SASU through the online store on thehennaworkshop.com.
These terms apply to any purchaser, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer,” whether an adult individual or a legal entity, acting in a non-professional capacity (consumer) or in a professional capacity.
Any order placed through the online store constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions before confirming the order.
HENNACORP SASU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 3 — Products
3.1 Physical Products
The store offers physical products related to the art of henna: henna powders, ready-to-use cones, accessories, and supplies. The products are described on their respective product pages, along with their key features.
The photographs and images displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although every effort has been made to reproduce them accurately, there may be slight variations in color or appearance between the image and the product delivered; this does not constitute a defect.
3.2 Digital Products
The store also offers downloadable digital products (e-books, PDF files). These products are made available to the Customer after payment is confirmed, via a secure download link accessible from their order or sent by email.
The Customer is hereby informed that downloadable digital products, the content of which became available immediately after purchase with the Customer’s express consent, are not subject to the right of withdrawal (see Article 9).
3.3 Availability
Product offers are valid while supplies last. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The order will be canceled, and the Customer will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Article 4 — Price
Product prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
HENNACORP SASU qualifies for the VAT exemption provided for in Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. As such, VAT does not apply to sales made by HENNACORP SASU. The statement “VAT not applicable — Art. 293 B of the General Tax Code” will appear on invoices issued.
Shipping costs are shown separately at the time of ordering, before final confirmation. They vary depending on the shipping method selected and the weight of the order.
HENNACORP SASU reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Placing an Order
The ordering process in the store is as follows:
- The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to their shopping cart.
- The Customer accesses their shopping cart, reviews the order details, and proceeds to checkout.
- The Customer enters their shipping information and selects a shipping method.
- The Customer selects a payment method and completes the payment.
- The Customer definitively confirms the order by clicking the payment confirmation button. This action constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the email address provided when the order was placed.
An order is not definitively processed until payment has been confirmed by the Customer’s financial institution. HENNACORP SASU reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
Article 6 — Payment
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The store accepts payments through the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — via Stripe
- PayPal
Payments are secured by Stripe and PayPal's encryption systems. HENNACORP SASU does not store any of the Customer's banking information on its servers.
6.2 Billing
An invoice is automatically generated after each order and can be accessed from the Customer’s account page on the Website, as well as in the attachment to the confirmation email. The invoice lists: HENNACORP SASU, SIREN 102 207 719, VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the CGI.
6.3 Payment Security
In the event of a fraudulent payment or unauthorized charge, the Customer must contact HENNACORP SASU at hello@thehennaworkshop.com and, if necessary, their bank as soon as possible.
Article 7 — Delivery (Physical Products)
7.1 Delivery Area
Physical products are shipped exclusively to mainland France.
7.2 Shipping Methods
Orders for physical products are shipped by HENNACORP SASU via the following carriers:
- Mondial Relay — Delivery to a pickup location
- Colissimo (La Poste) — home delivery
The Customer selects the shipping method when finalizing the order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method and the total weight of the order, and are displayed before payment confirmation.
7.3 Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are:
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 business days
These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. HENNACORP SASU cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers.
7.4 Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped.
7.5 Receipt and Verification
The Customer is asked to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of visible damage or a missing package, the Customer must:
- Make specific notes on the carrier's delivery slip at the time of receipt.
- Contact HENNACORP SASU at hello@thehennaworkshop.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the damaged products.
7.6 Digital Products
Digital products are not physically delivered. They are made available to the Customer immediately after payment is confirmed, via a download link accessible from their order on the Website and/or sent by email.
Article 8 — Legal Warranties
In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the Customer is entitled to the following statutory warranties for physical products:
8.1 Statutory Warranty of Conformity
HENNACORP SASU is required to deliver a product that complies with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The statutory warranty of conformity is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product. If both of these options are impossible or would entail a disproportionate cost, the Customer may obtain a price reduction or rescind the contract.
8.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects
The Customer may bring a claim for hidden defects within two years of discovering the defect. The Customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the purchase price.
For any claims under statutory warranties, the Customer must contact HENNACORP SASU at hello@thehennaworkshop.com, specifying the order number and the nature of the defect found.
Article 9 — Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Physical Products
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer-customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify HENNACORP SASU of their decision before the 14-day period expires, by email to hello@thehennaworkshop.com, specifying their order number. The Customer may use the withdrawal form provided in Appendix 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must return the products in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the address provided by HENNACORP SASU, within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment, using the same payment method used when placing the order.
9.2 Digital Products — Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the Customer’s prior express consent and for which the Customer has waived their right of withdrawal.
When purchasing a digital product (e-book, PDF), the Customer is informed of this exception and expressly agrees to gain immediate access to the content, thereby waiving their right of withdrawal.
Article 10 — Complaints and Customer Service
For any complaint regarding an order (missing, damaged, or non-conforming product; delayed delivery), the Customer must contact HENNACORP SASU as soon as possible:

HENNACORP SASU is committed to responding to all complaints within 5 business days.
Article 11 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, HENNACORP SASU has established a consumer mediation process. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably with customer service, the consumer may seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge.
The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 12 — Intellectual Property
Digital products sold in the store (e-books, PDFs) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a digital product grants the Customer a right of personal, non-commercial use, strictly limited to private use.
The Customer is expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, reselling, sharing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the purchased digital products, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of HENNACORP SASU.
Article 13 — Personal Data
The personal data collected when placing an order (last name, first name, shipping address, email address, phone number) is processed by HENNACORP SASU, acting as the data controller, for the purposes of fulfilling the order, managing customer relationships, and complying with legal obligations.
This data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the contract and comply with applicable legal obligations (3 years for customer data, 10 years for billing data).
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights: hello@thehennaworkshop.com. For more information, please refer to the Website’s Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where HENNACORP SASU has its registered office (Paris), unless otherwise provided by law with respect to consumers.

Article 2 — Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to the sale of the online course “The Henna Workshop” (hereinafter “the Course”), offered by Deia Siegmann via the Systeme.io platform, accessible at formation.thehennaworkshop.com and thehennaworkshop.com.
These terms apply to any purchaser, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer,” who is an adult individual acting in a non-professional capacity (consumer) or a professional, and who has purchased the Training Course.
Any order for the Training Course implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before confirming their purchase.
Deia Siegmann reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of purchase.
Article 3 — Description of the Training Program
"The Henna Workshop" is a comprehensive online course dedicated to the art of henna, consisting of three progressive modules:
- Module 1 — Introduction to Henna: The Basics (17 lessons): types of henna, recipes, tools, storage, and first designs.
- Module 2 — Advanced Henna: Styles & Design (18 lessons): floral, geometric, and modern designs; aftercare; composition.
- Module 3 — Becoming a Hennaya Pro: Advanced Techniques (23 lessons): complex designs, body areas, client scenarios, and business development.
The course consists of a total of 58 video lessons, accessible online via the Systeme.io platform. The videos are hosted on Vimeo. Additional resources (PDF handouts, templates, guides) may be included depending on the module.
The exact content of the course is described in detail on the sales page accessible at thehennaworkshop.com. Deia Siegmann reserves the right to update the course content (by adding lessons or updating existing content) without this constituting a substantial modification to the Terms and Conditions, and without any obligation to issue a refund.

Article 4 — Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Rates
The price of the complete training program (3 modules) is:

4.2 Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be offered from time to time (limited-time offers, partnerships, lead magnets). These codes provide a discount on the price of the training course on the date they are used. They are valid for a single use only, cannot be combined with other codes, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Current promotions are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms and conditions listed on the product page.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — via Stripe
- PayPal
Payments are secured by Stripe and PayPal. Deia Siegmann does not store any of the Customer’s banking information. Payments are processed in the name of Deia Siegmann — micro-enterprise, SIREN 837 864 305.
4.4 Installment Payments
For payments in 3 or 6 installments, payments are automatically deducted on a monthly basis starting from the date of purchase. If a payment fails, the Customer will be notified by email and will have 7 days to resolve the issue. Otherwise, access to the Training Course may be suspended until payment is fully settled.
In the case of payment in installments, the Customer agrees to pay all installments in full, even if he or she decides to discontinue the Training. The money-back guarantee (Article 9) applies only within 7 days of the initial purchase, regardless of the payment method chosen.
Article 5 — Ordering and Access to the Training Course
5.1 Ordering Process
The course can be purchased through the sales page accessible at thehennaworkshop.com or formation.thehennaworkshop.com. The process is as follows:
- The Customer accesses the checkout page and selects a payment method.
- The Customer enters their contact information (last name, first name, email address) and payment information.
- The Customer confirms the order by clicking the confirmation button. This action constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and represents a binding commitment to purchase.
- A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the email address provided, containing their login credentials for the Systeme.io platform.
5.2 Access to Training
Access to the training course is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The customer will receive an email with their login credentials for the Systeme.io platform, where they can access all modules and lessons.
Access to the Training is strictly personal and individual. Login credentials are confidential and may not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. Any instance of sharing access will result in the immediate termination of access without a refund.
5.3 Access Period

Lifetime Access The Customer is granted lifetime access to the Training Course, that is, for as long as Deia Siegmann makes the Training Course available on the Systeme.io platform. In the event that the platform or the Training Course is discontinued, the Customer will be notified with reasonable advance notice. |
Lifetime access is linked to the Systeme.io account created with the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the Customer's responsibility to keep their login credentials safe.
Article 6 — Obligations of Deia Siegmann
Deia Siegmann is committed to:
- Provide the Customer with all of the Training course content as described on the sales page within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Maintain access to the Systeme.io platform under normal conditions of use.
- Update the training content as needed to ensure its quality and relevance.
- Respond to the Client's questions regarding the content of the Training within a reasonable time frame via the email address hello@thehennaworkshop.com.
Deia Siegmann cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions in access resulting from maintenance work on the Systeme.io platform or from technical issues beyond its control.
Article 7 — Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete contact information when making a purchase.
- Use the Training for strictly personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit all or any part of the course content (videos, PDFs, instructional materials) without prior written permission from Deia Siegmann.
- Do not share your login credentials for the Systeme.io platform with third parties.
- Make all scheduled payments in full when paying in installments.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property
All content in the course—videos, text, images, PDF files, templates, teaching methods, the name “The Henna Workshop,” and the associated visual identity—are the exclusive property of Deia Siegmann and are protected by French and international laws governing intellectual property and copyright.
The purchase of the Training Course grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use, limited to private use. This right does not entail any transfer of intellectual property.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, extraction, distribution, transmission, resale, or commercial use of the Course content, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Deia Siegmann. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in civil and criminal liability for the offender.
Article 9 — Money-Back Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Money-Back Guarantee — 7 Days

7-Day Guarantee Deia Siegmann offers a money-back guarantee valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Training, they may request a full refund within this period, without having to provide a reason. |
To take advantage of this guarantee, the Customer must send a refund request via email to hello@thehennaworkshop.com within 7 days of purchase, specifying:
- His first and last name
- His registration email address
- Date of purchase
- His explicit request for a refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of installment payments, only the amounts actually received as of the date of the request will be refunded, and the remaining installments will be canceled.
Upon receipt of the refund, the Customer's access to the Training will be deactivated.
9.2 Statutory Right of Withdrawal — Exception
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and for which the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal.
Upon purchasing the Training Course, the Customer expressly agrees to immediately access the digital content and acknowledges that they waive their legal right of withdrawal.
The 7-day "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee provided for in Section 9.1 is a commercial guarantee voluntarily offered by Deia Siegmann, which supplements—and does not replace—the consumer’s legal rights.
Article 10 — Complaints and Support
For any questions regarding the training, its content, or access to the platform, the Client may contact Deia Siegmann:

Deia Siegmann is committed to responding to all inquiries within 5 business days.
Article 11 — Consumer Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with customer service within 60 days, the consumer may seek assistance from a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code.

Article 12 — Personal Data
The personal data collected when purchasing the Course (last name, first name, email address) is processed by Deia Siegmann, acting as the data controller, for the purposes of fulfilling the sales contract, managing access to the Course, and sending communications related to the Course.
This data may also be used to send marketing and educational communications (newsletters, information about new training courses, promotional offers), subject to the Customer’s consent.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data by sending a request to: hello@thehennaworkshop.com. For more information, please refer to the Website’s Legal Notice.
Article 13 — Limitation of Liability
"The Henna Workshop" is an educational course designed to teach techniques and knowledge related to the art of henna. It does not guarantee professional or financial results.
The results achieved by the Client depend on their initial level, their personal commitment, the time devoted to practice, and individual factors over which Deia Siegmann has no control. No guarantee of results is provided.
Deia Siegmann shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions in access to the Systeme.io platform resulting from maintenance, technical issues with the platform, or force majeure.
Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, unless otherwise provided by law with respect to consumers.
